- Drug and Alcohol Services in Kirklees – Huddersfield area please following the referral form for your service. Referral Form – CGL – Huddersfield and email to [email protected]
- Drug and Alcohol Services in Kirklees – Dewsbury area please following the referral form for your service. Referral Form – CGL – Dewsbury and email to [email protected]
- Primary Care referrals should follow the referral booking process for Calderdale and Huddersfield Hospitals.
